Damaged materials are removed. Any moisture source is identified and the area is given time to dry before repairs begin.

Drywall, caulking, fixtures, and finishes are repaired or replaced with the right products for a wet environment.

Finish & Clean
Paint, fixtures, and final details completed. Full cleanup and a walkthrough before we're done.

Can you repair water-damaged walls in a bathroom?
Yes. We remove the damaged drywall, allow the area to dry fully, address the moisture source, and install moisture-resistant board and finish before priming and painting.
Do you do full bathroom renovations?
We handle all the non-plumbing work — drywall, flooring, vanity installation, painting, caulking, fixtures, and trim. For plumbing rough-in and fixture connections we coordinate with licensed plumbers.
Can you re-caulk my tub or shower?
Yes — tub and shower re-caulking is one of our most common quick jobs. Complete removal of the old caulk, proper surface prep, and application of mould-resistant silicone. Done properly it should last years.
Can you install a new vanity?
Yes — vanity swaps are a straightforward job we do regularly. We handle the installation, connections to existing plumbing shutoffs, and caulking. New plumbing rough-in or drain relocation requires a licensed plumber.
Can you prioritize rental unit bathroom work between tenants?
