Damaged boards, posts, and railing sections are removed. Any hidden rot is identified and the scope adjusted if needed.

Any structural issues — posts, beams, ledger board — are addressed before surface work. Getting the structure right is non-negotiable.

Surface & Finish
New boards, rails, and pickets installed. Fasteners set properly. Ready for staining or painting if desired.

How do I know if my deck needs repair or full replacement?
If the structural members — posts, beams, and joists — are sound, deck repairs make sense. If the structure has widespread rot or significant movement, replacement is often more cost-effective long term. We give you an honest assessment after inspection.
Can you replace just a few deck boards?
Yes — partial deck board replacement is one of the most common repairs we do. We match the existing board size and spacing as closely as possible.
How do you fix a leaning fence?
A leaning fence is almost always a post problem — either a rotted post base or inadequate original installation. We replace the post with a properly sized replacement set in a new concrete footing.
Do you build new decks?
Our focus is repairs and restoration. For new deck construction we can discuss the scope and advise accordingly.
What's the best time of year to get deck repairs done?
